My name is Mr. Matti.

After earning my B.A. in Political Science and pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy, I focused my graduate case study on Pennsylvania legislation surrounding deepfakes and synthetic media abuse.

Through researching real-world incidents and examining the reputational, legal, and emotional impact on victims, I recognized how limited current protections still are. That work became the foundation for my focus on AI governance, deepfake policy, and reputational risk analysis.

How I Think

I approach AI and cyber risk the way intelligence teams approach threats: define the harm, identify uncertainty, reduce exposure, and document decisions.

I’m not interested in fear-based narratives or abstract ethics. I focus on what holds up under scrutiny legally, operationally, and reputationally when something goes wrong.

How I Stand Out

My work goes beyond academic research. I actively study how deepfake incidents, reputational attacks, and AI misuse affect real people, institutions, and public trust.

Direct Interviews & Policy Conversations

I’ve interviewed state legislators, legal professionals, and leaders across multiple industries to better understand how deepfake attacks are impacting victims, organizations, and legal systems in practice not just in theory.

Deepfake Defense & Public Education

I created a deepfake defense platform and educational newsletter focused on helping individuals understand synthetic media threats, reputational risk, digital impersonation, and AI-related harm.

Scenario-Based Risk Analysis

I regularly complete hypothetical case scenarios involving AI misuse, reputational attacks, synthetic-media incidents, and organizational response planning to evaluate how institutions may react under legal, operational, and public pressure.

If you’re here, something probably matters

Most people don’t look for an AI or cyber policy consultant unless the stakes are real. If you’re unsure what applies, what’s urgent, or how to respond that’s the right moment to talk.
